Guillermo has more than 25 years of experience managing projects in different industries. He worked in the commercial, marketing, and operational areas, focused on process improvements and achieving significant enhancements in the teams’ performance.

In 2018, his wife was transferred to work in Canada, and they decided to move all their family; since then, he has carried out consulting activities in performance improvement and facilitated international business between Peruvian and Canadian companies.

Guillermo has an international certification in project management granted by the Project Management Institute (PMI) received in August 2021, an specialization in project management from the University of Toronto, completed in 2020, an MBA at Centrum Católica from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica of Peru, a degree in Business Administration and a Marketing diploma. Likewise, he was recognized for his business excellence by the Beta Gamma Sigma organization.

Guillermo enjoys kayaking, mountain biking, and skiing in his free time. Likewise, he likes to travel with his family, visit Peru to enjoy family and friends and try his typical food.
