Irina is a passionate professional who enjoys building and strengthening long-lasting business relationships and who has extensive experience in high-end hospitality and residential furniture production.

Irina grew up in Minsk, Belarus, pursued studies in business management and started her career working with social organizations and charities.

She moved to Paris, France in her early twenties, learned French from scratch and obtained a university degree in international business and marketing strategy from Paris XI University.

She started working for Decca Furniture in their newly established Paris office and developed a passion for interior design through her work on hotel projects with renowned designers such as Philippe Starck. She was quickly promoted from Project Coordinator to Project Manager and subsequently as Business Development Manager, delivering residential and hospitality projects for a variety of clients across Europe and Middle East such as Hilton, Hyatt and Warwick hotel groups.

In her free time, Irina loves socializing with friends, hiking in the mountains, and attending cultural events such as classical music concerts, painting exhibitions and rock concerts.
